Is anyone using the email capabilities within Global Financials? More specifically, has anyone successfully configured Google Workspace SMTP relay to make it work? Infor support said it has only been tested/certified using Outlook. So, set up Outlook to work with my company email and tried again. Still, no luck. However, I receive an error now: "Mailbox unavailable. The server response was: 5.7.1 Invalid credentials for relay [XX.XXX.XX.XX]" The relay that is listed is our public IP address.
If anyone has any insight into this, I would appreciate the guidance. Thank you.
