We recently enabled SoHo in our Single Tenant/Cloud environment. We no longer have access to the ability to Create Reports & select the Business Class and the list. Has anyone else experienced this?
Yes, we experienced this as well when we moved to SoHo. The workaround to get this functionality back was to make a configuration change on the My Reports lists LPL under My Personalizations to add in under Actions 'action is CreateListReport'.
You can go to any list in the application that already has some of the right data/fields/columns/filtering and is centered on the right BusinessClass and use Options > Create Report from there.
In the September / October update we are adding the option to begin the create report process from the main menu in addition to from an individual list.

Is this only an issue with those in the cloud or anyone implementing SoHo? We are on premise and so far no one has reported this issue while testing so I want to make sure they are missing something in their testing or that it might not apply to us.
We are on-prem and had this issue to create reports from scratch. You can still create them from lists as Dr. Awesome suggested, but cannot create them from scratch as could be done prior until implementing the workaround.
We are single tenant in the cloud. We also determined that user who had some kind of personalization to their MyReports prior to enabling SoHo did not have this issue (which makes sense but it stumped us for a bit why some users were fine and others lost the ability to create reports.) We have been running the 3.5 UX (non-Soho) for about 3 years now and just turned on SoHo last week.
