HSA setup issues....PR14 not calculating correct premium...
Legacy Contributor
We have an HDHP benefit plan as well as an HSA plan and deduction code. I built the HSA plan under RS with my flex spending plans. I'm having lots of trouble with the setup.
We have 2 examples of employees who have less than 26 pay periods this year due to enrollment date. For both the PR side is taking the amounts from the BN32.1 side and dividing by 26 instead of the number of pay periods as indicated on the BN32.1.
The BN32 enrollment displays the correct per pay period amount of 100.00 but the deduction calculates to 92.31
Has anyone else experienced a similar problem? If so would you share your resolution?
Thanks!

In the opt field you have to enter the number of pay periods remaining when you enroll the employee.

Correct, we put 24 in the opt field but the PR14 field seems to ignore that. Our FSA plans work correctly, it is just the HSA.
