BN106 5010 834 HIPAA Compliant Files

What EDI translator (or other method) do you use to create HIPAA compliant 5010 834 files from the BN106? I learned the hard way that an EDI translator is needed to turn the report generated by the BN106 into a file that is formatted to be accepted by our benefit plan vendors.
I'm curious (and mandated!) to find out what works for others. Thank you.
