trying to add an MSCM user from the portal and the user doesn't show up in the list. How does the user get added to the portal list?
They have to have the group for MSCM added to their security and then it takes a while for them to appear. Something runs in the background and I haven't figured out the timing of when they will appear. Ours could be an hour or the next day.

Yes, there's a Lawson Security Group they would need to be added to. You can check your MSCM Configuration under "Scheduler Properties" for "User Scheduler" to see how often users are pulled in; ours is set every 8 hours.
You need to add that through the Lawson Security Administrator tool. Whoever manages your Lawson system should at least be able to steer you in the right direction.
we are on version 11 and I add security for new users but do not know where to add the group MSCM

This user may have been added to Lawson security previously but after you add the necessary MSCM group it will take some time before the MSCM server is updated. The timing for this update is set in the scheduler.

The User Scheduler is located on the MSCM Configuration Portal Page.
If the user was added a couple of months ago to Lawson Security then there's a good chance they're missing the MSCM group. You'll need to identify the group name and find where to update that in Lawson Security for it to cross over to MSCM.
I believe there's a sync every 8 hours or so.
We are single tenant, so not sure if that makes a difference.
In ISS, we add the user to group called MSCM. You can check the user scheduler by going to the MSCM Admin site - this is different than Systems Management within the MSCM portal application - (url is https://YourOrganizationName-mscm01.cloud.infor.com:9443/mscm/service/app/portal.jsf).
Login to that site, then under Properties Settings/Scheduler Properties, we have our User Scheduler property set to 1800, which is in seconds So users should appear from portal every 30 minutes from the time they are put into the MSCM group in Lawson security.

Where is the security to this app's site (MSCM Configuration)? I can get to the url but it says I don't have access, and I can't figure out where access is granted. Thanks.
