Wondering how others are handling the Safe and SickTime regulations. Have you set up LP plans? If so, how are they set up to accrue, decrement, carry over etc?

We set up an LP with accruals based on hours worked with regulatory/policy caps. No different than other LP setups.
Do you have a carryover from prior year? and do you have the usage capped at anything for the year?
We have an annual accrual limit and a total limit. This is all policy-based. We meet the regulatory requirement and then set other limits based on agency policy decisions.
