It seems like every time there is a monthly CU, we have to delete and rebuild the queries/uploads we have saved in spreadsheet designer. Does anyone else experience this, and have you found a better way to avoid having to do this?
Hi, I'm one of the developers for Spreadsheet Designer. We are trying to improve user experience for this product and would very much appreciate if you can provide samples of saved query/upload templates that do not work after a CU. Have support open a ticket for development so we can figure out the root cause. Thanks!
Hi. We are noticing the same issue. More so on the uploads. Users will have a saved upload but then when they open it up on another day the saved mapping box is blank, which then requires us to delete and rebuild the upload. I have entered a ticket with infor . Ticket # 15646133
By Delete and rebuild do you mean to just click on the Infor Delete Upload option and then click on create upload again where it automatically selects the fields that are in the spreadsheet?
Yes. To me it seems like there is a flaw. It's also happening a lot. And the delete/rebuild button feature doesn't always work. When it doesn't we have to close out of excel and reopen the ISD file , re-login to ISD and then rebuild the upload. A lot of effort for someone who uses ISD on a daily basis.
Are all the uploads that don't work properly mapping to a relation (eg. a column header that looks like CustomerRel:CustomerReference)?
