Can anyone tell me how to print dunning letters. I've seen the tick box in customer maintenance but how do you trigger them to print and is there somewhere to design a template? I want to email them.

Based on a search through the Visual Manufacturing documentation, that Print dunning letters when appropriate checkbox is informational only from the perspective of Visual Manufacturing's processing, although it appears that Visual Manufacturing was at some point in the past intended to print those types of reports. That means that you would need to periodically query the associated column in the database and then manually generate the letter if the customer is past due on payment.
From the documentation (sorry for the double-post, did not realize pressing Enter twice to obtain a new line in the response would automatically send the incomplete response twice...
