LT101 not updating records in S3

Has anyone experienced having some records not update in S3 when the LT101 is processed? We have the interface occur from GHR to S3 and the recrods are correct on the LT11.1. When I process the LT101 to update those records, it changes their status from 1 - unprocessed to 9- processed but when I check S3 HR11 the record did not update. I can't seem to figure out why the record didn't update when it interfaced correctly. I even changed the status back to 1 and re-ran the LT101 and still nothing. Does anyone know why this may be occurring or if you experienced it what you did to correct it?
