Talent Management Product Evaluation

We are performing a enterprise wide Talent Managment product evaluation between three vendors: SuccessFactors, Infor/Lawson and WorkDay. We are a growing global company with the bulk of our business currently in USA, Canada & UK. Are there other industry leading TM suites anyone would recommend we take a look at?

We will specifically be looking for functionality in the following areas:
Talent Acquisition
Goal Management/Succession Planning
Performance Management
Compensation Management
Learning Management

We looked at Cornerstone and Halogen who is based in Canada.
We are in the retail vertical with high turnover and application volume but only operate and hire from a few states in the U.S. so your needs might vary.

We are looking for Talent Management system as well. We have been impressed with PeopleFluent (PF). We currently use their RMS system and love it. It is a hosted system with all the items listed above. The system will work other 3rd party vendors as well. We use Saba for Learning Management. We will have to get the data from that system to feed into PF Talent Mgmnt system.

We are in the process of a talent management RFP and are looking at SuccessFactors, Cornerstone and Oracle. We are looking to implement the full suite of modules in a Saas model. Would be happy to share our thoughts.
