Delivery Descrepancies
Okay, we have had huge logistics staff turnover in the last 6-12 months and I was asked a question about something yesterday that I don't know the answer to. Say someone submits a REQ and the pick ticket gets produced, and the order/items get picked and delivered. Now after that if there is a discrepancy like an item was missing or damaged, what are the end users supposed to do to get this resolved. I believe we have users going to RQ35 and doing a return on that screen, which updates inventory immediately. Also the logistics staff is not aware that the RQ35 has been entered. How do others handle this in Lawson?
