Earnings under different reporting entities in one time record

We have to make a payment for time reported under different work locations in a pay period. One such work location has to be assigned to a dist process level that is under a reporting entity different from the other line items in time record.

We expected all the line item wages to be combined to compute federal tax and then the resulting tax should be pro-rated for each line item. Instead PR140 is considering that line item independently to compute the tax. This results in a much lower tax for that line item.

Have you faced this situation before ? Any work-around ? Fixes ?
