I'm wondering if you have encountered issues with LT111 skipping records on the LT11.1 on the employee export.
Usually when this happens I find another record that was sent over at the same time conflicting with what on the surface looks like a field that should have changed. LT111 actually uses the data on LT22 to determine what needs to be updated? Have you checked there to see what the system believed should be updated.
Receivedm further clarification, what's happening is that we found was no LT22 record being created which was why the records were placed in a skip status.
I have had that happen and no LT22 record created. Ended up deleting out the LT11 skipped record, went to GHR Interface Export record and resubmitted it through the interface. That time the LT22 record was generated, ran the LT111 and all updated as needed.
Never did figure out why the LT22 record did not create the first time.
Next two places I would look would be the Employee Export record in GHR to see what is listed as the changed fields and then look at LT10 to see if you have these selected to be updated by LT111.
I received additional clarification - the delivered HRMEmployeeExport10 works in our test environment but our custom HRMEmployeeExportSNH does not.
Is the version of the HRMEmployeeExport10 that you customized older than the delivered version in your test environment? Infor may have made changes to the Export program that is not included in your custom program.
We are running a diff now
Thank you - we are still working on this. Does anyone have a customized Employee Export 10 IPA that I would be able to take a look at?
