Hi guys, we are going to new servers and have upgraded to the lastest MSP, new OS and corretto as well. No more ming.le. When I log out of the portal, I get a signout screen. I close that tab and go to log back in, and it takes me to a screen that says you have to close your browser before logging back in. I tried opening Lawson in its own browser window, with other applications up in a separate window, and I still get that message. I cannot log back into Lawson until every browser window on my desktop is closed. Our 3rd party partner who is doing the install for us says that this is functioning as designed (from the installer: "Infor recommends that the browser be closed after logging out. The reason you get the error is that the browser maybe holding some cookies that were used for authentication. When you try to login again after a logout, the browser tries to send the old cookie but Lawson has already invalidated the cookie.)
This is going to be super inconvenient and inefficient for our users. Does anyone have a workaround for this? Thank you!
