Hey Everyone,
I'm sure many of you are working Service Agreement reconciliation issues in match specialist. It is great that we can now work them in there, but they don't create auto-match sets for the lines within tolerance. So we are left sifting through all the lines to identify the one(s) that actually has an issue. This is incredibly time consuming especially when you have a service agreement with 60 something lines on it and an invoice for 36 lines of which only one line has an actual issue. Many of you may have noticed this.
Please endorse my enhancement request 74974 to create auto-set matches for service agreements. This will greatly help streamline the process of working and resolving service agreement invoice issues.
