Customer Name and Address limits

Hi,

We have a new customer located in Mexico. The customer name is 47 characters long, but M3 limits us to 36. In addition to this the address is already two full lines of information, which is the maximum for a address for a customer in Mexico. Does anyone have any ideas on how to navigate around this?

CUNM field has size limitation as any field in M3 database.

You must respect that limitation. You can use CUGEX3 to put full name.

Just to update. I did end up altering the address formatting rules in CRS117 and that seems to work for now. I split the customer name between the name field and the first address line.

CRS117 is correct now the split using Address field ....
