Event Based API call issue

Hello Team,

We are working on event based API calls using CMS041.

However API is not getting called using CMS041.

It generates the log in the program CMS325 (API call log).

When We test the same with API tester i.e. MI Test its working fine.

Attached is the detailed setup and issue description.

I have had a similar problem. I think KB 2204104 (https://support.infor.com/espublic/EN/AnswerLinkDotNet/SoHo/Solutions/SoHoViewSolutionC.aspx?SolutionID=2204104&kb_is_archived=0&kb_accessed_from=SuggestedArticles&isArchive=0) will solve this issue. The status is complete but I don't know when we can expect the fix to be installed in CE.

Yes correct the JT-1629570 is available for this issue as per the KB 2204101, and the same is not applied in CE.

Yes I think we will take follow up with Infor about this fix to be installed for CE.

I looked, and it's only available to MT Cloud (M3 v. 16), can we expect this one for OP M3 13.4 as well?

Probably not, normally there is a separate KB for M3 BE 15.1.4 and if you cannot find it for this issue I suggest you try to contact support and see if you can have it downgraded to 15.1.4.
