We have GHR and S3 payroll and are looking to integrate Symmetry. Has anyone had any issues with Symmetry? Was the install process difficult?
Prior to the July 2022 CU you had to obtain a username and password from support that all Infor clients used to authenticate to Symmetry (one ring to rule them all?). We had a bit of a hard time getting support to give it to us. Once we had it the install process was fairly straightforward, but there were a couple of gotchas.
You can't test it in Chrome in incognito mode. The integration relies on third party cookies being enabled and Chrome disables those in incognito mode, but the results in the browser make it look like there was a setup error within GHR, so it can be hard to troubleshoot at first.
