Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: When users are added to the course before the deadline
is set and "Apply completion deadline changes to existing user
enrollments" is not selected, the completion deadline is still
updated for the existing users
- Resolution: In learner, completion deadline should not be
displayed for existing users since the apply to existing option is
not selected
Issue: "Apply completion deadline changes to existing user
enrollments" check box is not checked automatically when event
completion deadline type selected is the hard deadline date
- Resolution: "Apply completion deadline changes to existing
user enrollments" check box should be automatically checked
and not editable when event completion deadline type selected
is the hard deadline date
Issue: Cannot update details of past dated virtual classroom
session
- Resolution: When admin modifies the details of the past dated
virtual classroom session (eg. external URL, topic, instructor,
launch type, description) or set the session start date to another
past dated value, the system must allow the update.
ILM Portal
Issue: Search results for dropdown type common field values is
limited to up to the first eight results only.
- Resolution: Pop-up modal for searching results for dropdown
type common field should be able to display all available results.
Issue: Waitlist button is enabled even if prerequisite is not yet
completed when manager is trying to register a user to a course.
Checking for prerequisites completion when waitlisting a user
through manager is not yet supported.
- Resolution: Waitlist button is now disabled if prerequisite is not
yet completed when manager is trying to register a user to a
course.
