Automate Security in LTM

Does anyone know if there is a way to automatically setup LTM roles? For example when you hire an employee you automatically set them up with Employee_ST role?

Hi Karen. We do this here at Penn Medicine by running a loadusers script.

On a high level, it all starts with a query that identifies new employees that do not have an ID in RM. We then generate an XML file which prepopulates default groups and roles, as well as employee-specific information like name, employee number, e-mail address, etc. Lastly, loadusers is executed, which loads the information from the XML file into RM, thereby loading our new employees. We've scheduled to run this process every business day, in the afternoon.
