
Our next Ask the Expert session will be held on November 18th, 2021.
Based on the feedback from our previous Ask the Expert session, we will be discussing the Course/Event Import Utility.
Creation of courses and events can be a daunting process especially when there are dozens of courses that need multiple classroom events. Using the Course/Event Import Utility, you can use a spreadsheet to generate past or future event sessions rather than manually adding and configuring each event. With this tool, you can significantly reduce the amount of time spent on creating or updating those courses and/or events.
The session will include details regarding the Course/Event Import Utility, Configuration, Troubleshooting, and Q & A.
