Customer Delivery schedules creating duplicate Batch Orders in OIS275 after performing 'Create N

Hi,

We are trying to implement Customer Delivery Schedule integration for one of our customer for the first time.

With our custom MEC mapper, We are able to create Delivery schedules/Lines and Demands in RSS100,RSS101 and RSS102 programs respectively.

We are facing an issue when we have multiple records of same Item in RSS101 (with different Requested Delivery Date). When we try to do 'Create Net Schedule' from RSS100, Each Item record from RSS101 is getting duplicated in OIS275. For ex: If we have 2 records of same Item in RSS101, After the 'Net Schedule' process we are seeing 4 Batch Orders in OIS275.

I just want to know if it is a known Bug (or) Anyone have faced similar issues before. It will be helpful if you share your experience.

Yes, that's not correct. Can you give us the reason of status 25 in OIS275 ? You should try to create the CO lines without error just to check that this issue is not due to OIS275 error.

Hi Maxime, The duplication always happens irrespective of OIS275 error. In this Batch Order got stuck in OIS275 because of Credit limit issue. Anyway I can release it manually. The same issue happens when the Batch Order Status=15.
