Philadelphia PSD Codes and Resident EIT Rates

We are looking into doing business in PA, can anyone tell me if TaxFactory calculate this, or is it something we need to set up in Lawson? Anyone with a process in place, if you could share any knowledge on this topic, I would greatly appreciate.

Tax Factory does a good job with PA resident/non-resident rates and reciprocity, and also with LST withholding. PSD codes must be entered into Lawson manually on PR06 when a local tax code is setup. We do some validation in Access to check them before we report to Berkheimer Associates, who handles all our PA EIT. If you are doing business outside Philadelphia, the V2 Tax Locator address data would be a must because PA is so complicated, especially in Northeast PA, and somewhat in the Pittsburgh area.
