Good Day!
We have a scenario where we sell an Item and because the way it's packaged requires it to be sold in a minimum quantity of 100.
Because there is no setting for "Minimum Quantity for Customer Orders" in the Item Master, in M3 we handle that with Pricing where the price doesn't start until the minimum order quantity.
Example:
100 - 150 --> $6.50
151+ --> $6.00
Question: Confirm for me that I'm not missing the obvious in M3 and that somewhere there is "Minimum Quantity for Customer Orders" configurable at either the Item or Item/Warehouse?
But my real question is Rhythm Ecommerce...
When looking at the above Item in Rhythm on the Product List Page, the price shows as $0.00. Ostensibly because there is no pricing for the quantity of 1.
And when I go to the Product Detail page, I can see the Price Breaks and that the pricing starts at 100. But the Price is still listed as $0.00.
Note: If I go in and add Pricing from 1 - 150 --> $6.50 all works fine in Rhythm, and I can manage with the Minimum Order Quantity in the Rhythm Commerce Center to keep people from entering less than 100. But then there are no minimum order quantity controls in M3, and the Sales team can enter any quantity.
Question: Again, am I missing something setting wise in Rhythm where I can get the price displayed starting at the first entry in the Pricing table?
Thanks!
Steve
