Name/RMID assigned to NT #
deanna-plant
We are wanting to do some audits on the userstamp in the HR/Payroll application tables and would like to link the NT # (Windows/LDAP bound client) in the application tables to the name of the user. We will most likely do this using Crystal/LBI. What GEN tables can I find this in? I am having troubles finding the user's actual name. If I can't get Name then I would settle for the RMID assigned to the NT #.
For example:
Username RMID Name
NT0000000110 doej Doe, Jane

The Windows NTxxx values are stored in the Windows registry. You can use the listusermap command to display this information.

The listusermap information is exactly what I need but I would like to link this information into a report for our HR/Payroll users so they can run an audit on demand. Looking for automation.

I would suggest creating a process to run the listusermap command with output to a flat file or stream, parse the data, and load the new/changed vaues to a database table.

I think this will work Dan. Thank you for the suggestion!

You could also look into querying RM for both the name and NT ID.
