Configuration for Inbasket Work Unit Effective Date

Before we were in the cloud, we were able to personalize the user inbasket list to show action effective date.  We moved to the cloud in August and have not yet found the configuration to add the effective date to the user inbasket list.  Has anyone successfully added the action effective date to the inbasket work unit list?

Hi Wardine,

We had the same problem, and we set the "Work Title" of our work units via the IPA flow as follows:

Effective Date; Action Name; Employee ID - Name; Department # - Job Code #

For example:

10/24/2021;Supervisor Change Within Dept Only;1024215-Joe Blow;206070100-32060

The only problem we have is if the details above change, the Work Title isn't updated by the IPA flow. (We need to figure that out!)
