Smart office IDM is not loading after Old Infor OS replaced by latest new Infor OS

Hello Team,

I installed the latest Infor OS server and we removed the old Infor OS server. I updated the new CA link in the smart office but it says not loading IDM.

I updated the new link M3 UI adapter also. but still the same issue.

Can anyone help me
