PA390 EEO-1 electronic file report

I'm running the PA390 to create the electronic file el datacr. Do you upload this file to the government website? Last year I created a csv file using the text wizard and had to mark the break lines for each EEO category and race. That task was time consuming and I'm hoping I don't have to do that again this year. I would appreciate to know how everyone else is completing this report. Thanks.

As strange as it may sound, you actually send them the file in an email, they upload it for you and send you an email when it is ready to approve.

We're iSeries, so I have to get someone in tech to get the correct member file for me to send.
