Is there any way for me to pull all EmployeeEmergencyContact records that were added or modified within a date range?
It doesn't appear that you can get this information directly from the EmployeeEmergencyContact Business Class, but if you have configured the Field History and included capturing changes to the EmployeeEmergencyContact Business Class you should be able to access the information from there.
Sorry, I'm still pretty new to GHR. Where would I find documentation on configuring field history? Or where would I go to see what field history is already configured?
Under AdministratorReports there should be a option for Employee History. From there you will see a list of optional reports and a Setup area. Once setup you can access the reports or use the data for queries. There should be documentation for this on Infor's documentation site.
