Standard Syteline functionality allows for automatic emailing of document attachments (invoice, statements, etc). This is accomplished utilizing standard reports and customer document profiles.
Current functionality allows for customizing the SUBJECT line of the email via the Task Description field on the Background Task Definitions form.
Do you know a way of embedding an email BODY message into the email ?
For example, we send out customer order each day.
We would like to automatically email those documents within the email body.
we need to add a standard message to all customers, telling them that their order is attached, a contact and our company information
Some of customers have an anti-spam filtering mechanisms and our email goes to spam.
