Setting up a Medical Reimbursement Plan under Benefits

We need to set up a benefit plan that will pay employees (via a pay code code) a flat dollar amount per pay cycle. What is the best way to set this up. The benefits department wants to see it as a benefit plan.
Thank you

I can get you pointed in the right direction
At a former employer we set up an type RS benefit plan (BN15) that was what Lawson calls a "full" flex plan (BN06) to pay employees who waived medical coverage. If you set the BN06 to be spending only = N, it will create standard time records. There are some additional screens that need .to be populated for full flex plans. You can check the benefits user guide, or others in this community may be able to offer more details. Good luck!

I would also be interested to know how to do it.
