Purchase Order Confirmation Totals

Hello, We are needing to see Purchase Order confirmation totals, specifically dollar amount totals. This need is due to business requirements for Purchase order approvals. Based on the PO total dollar amount different levels of management need to approve the PO. This just needs to be the summed total of CPPR and CPUC for each line added together. I have thought there may be a way to add a script to display the order total at the bottom of the screen in PPS250, but I have very limited knowledge of scripting. Another option would be to display the total in PPS200 or PPS220. The issues here are in PPS200 the confirmed quantity and confirmed price fields are not options that can be added to the view. PPS220 is not able to be aggregated from what I can tell. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?

Hi There, I know you can do this in PPS220.

here is what I have done. In the Sorting order I change subtotal 1 to 2-PO Number. This means it will give me the totals of that one PO number. This will display at the bottom end of the PO lines in my view. If you want to aggregate the PO number change the' Aggregation; on the left to PO Number. Then you will not see all the lines of the PO

in my view. In the subtotal rule column, I put a 1 next to the fields I want summed up
