I have given this user permission to this form. I can access it, and my SA user can access it, but a user cannot. I tried making the user a super user and they still get the error. Has anyone seen this? Any idea what I need to to do to fix it?
did you use form sync when deploying this form?
Did you run FormSync License Utility?
Run formsync and select the same to and from site. Top right corner it says utilities and then there is a license generation tab.
Select the form and hit generate. Hopefully that helps!
Ryan's suggestion is correct - so long as you do it whilst logged into your PRD environment.
The slight puzzle is that you say that your account can access the form not just sa. Does your account have the Developer license module? That might bypass the usual logic which is:
When you create a custom form in TRN, Syteline automatically adds a license for the form to the ModuleMembers table. So any user you give access to the form in TRN will be able to open it.
When you copy the form to PRD, the license is NOT copied with it. So unless you add the license via Formsync in PRD, users given access will get the message you describe.
Errors saying 'not authorised' are straightforward permissions issues.
Errors saying 'not licensed' require intervention via Formsync
I am having this issue again! I have tried everything I can think of - verify user permissions, regenerating license using Form Sync, doing farm refresh, even re-importing the file. This is the error the user gets. Anyone have something else I can try?Unable to load form ue_JCM Material Request Query. You are not licensed to use the ue_JCM Material Request Query form. Contact your system administrator for license access. The form 'ue_JCM Material Request Query' was not found. It is either missing, or there is no version of the form that matches your current credentials.
Can you check "Modules for Form" and ensure the right modules are being used for the form type? Make sure the users have the same modules assigned to them.
If it looks weird, delete them and regenerate licenses via Form Sync.
That helps. It looks like it is not getting registered under the FactoryTrackCloud module. I tried deleting these and regenerating the license and I got the same results. What determines the module and how do I set this?
Not sure about cloud but can you try adding a new record to that form and attach the module that you need?
