BN729 csv file field differences

We ran BN749 for 2 of our Process Levels to get a better understanding of the data that is being extracted in the 2 csv files. Our Eligibility File has no information in the NewDate field but the Exception file has the Start Date for the benefit. The CoverageOpt field in the Eligibilty file has lowest cost option for the plans but the Exception has the PLN-PLAN_OPTION. I don't know if that is correct. I haven't been able to find any documentation on what is supposed to appear in the fields.
