How to modify benefit premiums

We have three voluntary plans through All State. the premium is not based on premium options. Employees enroll directly with the vendor and we upload the enrollment and premium. (the premium is various depending upon their age/lifestyle)

We uploaded the 2022 enrollment/premiums

Unfortunately there was an error on the spread sheet and the amounts were double.

we have not had a pay cycle yet.

After the enrollment and premiums were uploaded to BN32, we discovered the error of the spread sheet.

What is the best method to change the premium of each of the employee enrollment records for these three plans?

Without manually going into each record of BN32, how can we change the premium that was uploaded to the new premium amount?

Or delete the enrollments in the three plans, and upload a second time the spread sheet with corrected premiums?

Any feedback would be appreciated.

You could use a Microsoft AddIn (we're still on v10). Although you would manually use the "C"hange function code on BN32, I would suggest deleting your bad entries and reloading your correct entries - we've had less errors that way.

I am sorry to be asking this, but. How do we delete the bad entries? We have not had a payroll period run yet, which is good. But we would like to delete the 1/1/2022 enrollments for the three voluntary plans that were impacted. then start fresh and upload the new enrollments for 1/1/2022 with the correct premiuim?

we are kind of new wwith this, and the Lawson Infor site ticket request has not been helpful

If you used a spreadsheet to upload/addin, then you can use the same sheet with an "D"elete function code instead of the "A"dd function code.

BN430 benefit purge may be your best option. This will purge the enrollments as of a certain date then you can reload them.

thank you so much We were not aware of the BN430 program, and we had to ask the IT department to give us security access to the program. Thank you so much. sometimes you just don't know what you don't know.
