We had to stop our employee benefit premiums for the most recent pay period because it was the 27th pay period of 2021.
We did not stop the 403 (b) contributions for the pay period. But due to an error, the employer contribution record was stopped.
As a result the employee had 403 (b) contributions, but no employer contributions were recorded.
I was able to take the Pr140 and recreate the employer contributions based on the pay codes and employees eligibility.
We can send the file to the vendor for posting to the employee's account with the vendor
How can I get it into Lawson? Should I wait until next pay period, and upload it as a one time deduction? And then it will be recorded in lawson, and send to the vendor next pay period? I just hate to delay the employer contribution till the next pay period.
Do you have any way I can get the employer contribution recorded in Lawson without waiting till next pay period? So that I can send the contribution file now for the monies to be posted to their account?.
