Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: The UserEnrollmentAllStatus_v report does not display all course credit completion.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 5th – The UserEnrollmentAllStatus_v report is now displaying all course credit completion.
Issue: Attempt state is disabled when Retake Management Attempt number is set to ‘1’.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 5th – Attempt state is now enabled when Retake Management Attempt number is set to 1.
Issue: Certification job hangs and causes site slowness and all the unfinished certification resets.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – Improvements in the performance of the certification job so that the certification resets would always be successful.
Issue: Incorrect enrollment status are displayed when pulled using IntegrationService.GetUserCourseStatus Method.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – Correct enrollment status are now displayed when pulled using GetUserCourseStatus Method.
- In addition,the Event Enrollment data, Course Enrollment Date and
Completion status are now displayed properly.
Issue: JavaScript inside the SVG is executed within the context of the application when uploading SVG file containing XSS payload on entities icon.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – JavaScript inside the SVG is not executed within the context of the application when uploading SVG file containing XSS payload on entities icon.
ILM Portal
Issue: An error is displayed on HRIS log if numeric and date common field that contains blank values.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 5th – An error is no longer seen on HRIS logs if numeric and date common field that contains blank
Issue: If the header in the file contains next line character, an error is displayed when importing users through the User Sync Utility.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 5th – Importing of users through the User Sync Utility is now successful even if the header in the file contains next line character.
Issue: An error page is displayed when accessing the curricula requirement under certifications if the learner is not enrolled in the curriculum and if the curriculum self-registration is not enabled.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 5th – When a learner accesses the curricula requirement under certifications if the curriculum self-registration is not enabled, a warning message will popup "User is not enrolled and self-registration is not enabled" instead of an error.
Issue: CurriculumUserCompletionByDistributionGroup_v report is displaying users that are not part of distribution group attached to curricula.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – The data source “CurriculumUserCompletionByDistributionGroup_v” is now displaying users that are enrolled only through distribution group attached to curricula.
Issue: Selected events on Curricula > Manage Distribution Rules are displayed unchecked when curricula exist in different levels and user switches from
different levels while viewing the Distribution rules.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – Selected events on Curricula > Manage Distribution Rules are now displayed when curricula exist in different levels and user switches from different levels while viewing the Distribution rules
Issue: The course completion deadline is not displaying on users enrolled to course with default event.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – The course completion deadline is now displaying on users enrolled to course with default event.
Issue: An error is displaying when switching the locale through the Changed Language option in Portal
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – The error is not displaying anymore when switching the locale through the Changed Language option in Portal.
ILM CCCE
Issue: Users are unable to view the XML file when clicking the button widget on CCCE courses.
- Resolution: Resolved on November 19th – Users are now able to view the XML file when clicking the button widget on CCCE courses.
