Resolved Issues
ILM Admin
Issue: The link in error message is redirecting the user to Infor Xtreme portal which has been removed.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 3rd – The user is now redirecting to correct link (https://icp-cloud.infor.com) and (R) registered trademark is removed.
Issue: No warning message is displayed if removing of
online portion fails.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 3rd – A new warning message "Removal Please try again in a few minutes." Is displayed when removing online portion fails.
Issue: Virtual Classroom Phase 1.2 is still in beta mode.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 17th – Virtual Classroom Phase 1.2 is now working as expected without the beta mode.
- Feature: A subtype filter is now available for Classroom events to differentiate In-Person Classroom sessions and Virtual Classroom sessions
Issue: Auto resetting of the user's course when the number of attempts is unlimited, and the attempt grading is Last Attempt in Retake Management is not yet supported for old scorm engine.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 17th – Auto resetting of the user's course when the number of attempts is set to Unlimited and Attempt Grading is set to Last Attempt in Retake Management is now supported for old scorm engine.

Issue: Start and End Time of the Classroom Session is 1 hour off in the calendar invite via outlook.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 3rd – Users are now able to receive the correct Start and End Time of the Classroom Session in the calendar invite through
Issue: Users are receiving multiple Completion Deadline event reminder.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 3rd – Completion deadline event reminder is not sending multiple email notification to users.
Issue: Encountered timeout errors in distribution logs if "Keep existing Users" option in distribution is cleared.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 3rd – No more timeout errors are seen in distribution logs if "Keep existing Users" option in distribution is cleared.
Issue: Replacing the terms "blacklist" and "whitelist" with different name.
- Resolution: Resolved on December 17th – Blacklist and Whitelist are now replaced with Exclusion list and Inclusion list.
