Is there any option to allocate an higher qty for the component in an MO, or is there any chance to automatically update the component qty if I allocate an higher qty?

I do use MMS121 because I need to manually select the lot. However, if I allocate a higher qty the system prompts a blocking message "Allocated quantity greater than ordered quantity". Is there any configuration I can set to bypass this message?
Correct. You cannot allocate more than the order line. If you want to allocate more, you need to increase the order line quantity first. As far as i know, you cannot bypass this message.
You can allocate higher quantity than ordered when using supply chains otherwise not
