I found the same issue and also opened a ticket
Doing a search for KB 2229486 leads to nothing for me.
Likewise I found the same problem as Ezi however I have received the answer from support and it seems i was not the first person to log it today.
Apologies, we are working to correct this. In the meantime, please log an incident with support and we will provide them to you directly.
Hartog drop an incident into the team and we'll reply with the file for you. I'm working to get the issue with the KB fixed.

I think we've got them now. It's still not visible in the KB though.
Doing a search on the KB for that article returns 2 items one being the old licences expiry 31/12/21 and the second allows for the download of the new licence keys (title is Please see the attached for Eval Keys for Infor CRM SLX for evaluation and demo databases for Q1 2022.)
