Absence Plan Termination

Good morning, We currently have 3 tiers of leave and the decision has been made to terminate PTO and leave only VAC and HOL.  I've tried in TEST to do a mass end for PTO using LP103 but with no success.  Do any of you have some insight as to how this can be done?  Thanks for any help you can provide!

Do employees have balances in these plans?  You may also need to use LP131.  There is a 'by structure' option on the LP103 that I've used successfully.  You have to be careful about how the options want your end dates and balances.  Select 01 for By Structure. The application will set the structure end date on the desired absence plan structures, and set the accrual end date on all employee master records affected.  Then the 04 will set the master end to what the accrual end is, so 2 runs of it.  I don't think you can adjust balances after the structure is ended, so I think you want to do that first.
