We have a customer using Opera II on server 2012 R2 hosted in Azure.
The AV was previously removed when we were troubleshooting this issue several months ago, so there is no active AV running on the server.
The hosted desktops are running windows 10, previously the Webroot AV was removed from this and its now currently running the windows 10 in built AV (Defender) with the exclusions detailed below

Over the last year they have reported intermittent issues with their system.
- They do a statement run by email and some statements emailed are completely blank. If they go back into the account and send the statement by email it is perfect.
- The FRX part of the report layout (could be invoice or PO) goes missing from the report folder
- Invoices posted correctly on the account but the PDF image created on STRAN is incorrect, the pdf image has the correct item details but the header details are pulling from a completely different entry on IHEAD but every time this happens it pulls from the same (wrong) entry on IHEAD.
Their IT company have advised that the only AV installed is Windows Defender and all exclusions to the Opera root on server and clients are set up.
