We have recently started seeing an issue with our External applicants who, when entering their education information, they enter a date in the future. Typically, an applicant would receive a prompt asking them to confirm this future date and their Education data would be saved.. In the last month or so, they do not receive the prompt, but they get a spinning wheel. They cannot complete their application.
Note: this only happens if this applicant is not joined to our VPN. If the applicant is not signed into the VPN (which is typical, since they are not employees, they are applicants), they experience the issue.
If anyone has any other thoughts or suggestions (i.e. bypass the verification of the future date?), I'd appreciate it.
