Does anyone use LP51 to track and manage FMLA/short & long term disability? My company is thinking of bringing this process in house and wanted some feedback on how it works and how hard it is to setup.

We use the LP51 to track all of our LOA's. We have about 3000 employees and generally about 100 on LOA. Not as sophisticated as some of the other systems but it works for us.

I too would be interested in any information that can be shared on this. We currently do not use LP to manage our leaves but would love to hear how others are and what all was involved for setup.
