Where can I find the "time" it takes to produce an Order?

Good Day!

From a Customer Order perspective in our Distribution Warehouse, we are seeing that an Item ordered today is getting a Departure Date (MWS410) of tomorrow.

I am assuming that somewhere there is something saying that it takes 1 day to produce the Customer Order.

We'd like to tweak that setting, but are having trouble finding where that is managed.

Any help would be appreciated!

Can you show us printscreens of MWS410/I and OIS101/I ? Are you using routes ?

i would normally tweak the different lead times in MMS002/E (warehouse/item combination)

Indeed I will attach.

And we've discovered a little more. So it seems the issue is more about the "Planning Date".

The Sales team is reporting that they cannot choose "today" as a Requested Date in OIS310.

When they choose today's date, and when they go to Approve the Order, they get the Alert:

"Order xxx cannot be approved if Planning Date / Time has passed. It must be rescheduled before you approve it."

So they have been putting the Requested Date as the next day.

However, this is not how things are performing in our Test Enviroment...so we know we've got a setting messed up somewhere.

Take a look at different setting on your order type and routes for production time and lead times.

OIS010/F - minimum process time

DRS006/E internal lead times

OIS010/F and DRS006/E times are both set to 0
