Oracle OIR Reporting Product

Currently working a client that uses Oracle OIR product for reporting, formerly called BIOS. They would like to partition data by process level, similar to their LSF security model. Has anyone been able to successfully do this, or know of other products that allow the filtering of data by elemental data such as process level?
