LP70 & LP140 using Add-Ins

Hi! I uploaded hours into LP70 for all employees using an Add-In. The records now show on LP70 but they will not process when I run LP140. I've tried every processing option on the 140 but it is not picking up those hours. I have one transaction on LP70 that I keyed manually - it is the only one that processes with my 140. Any ideas? Thanks!

What is transaction type? What is the Amount Type? I would change those. I have found lp570 is easier to import the csv file into. It provides more guidance on errors. You can call me at 212-598-6882.

Thanks, John! The amount type is 03 - Adj Avail and the transaction type is 01- Hours. I'll look at LP570.

Hello, I am experiencing this same issue now. How did you fix your issue?

We processed through add-ins but the the transactions are just sitting as unprocessed on LP70, and running LP140 is yielding no results.

You may want to verify the dates on your LP70 screen match the date of the LP140.

It does, both dates match.

what about master end dates on the records? They can prevent processing.
