Export Control in M3 - anyone having an "off the shelf" solution ?

Is there any tool on the market that is usable to conduct Export Control in M3?

we would need some functionality around those topics:

- HS Codes

- Questionaire

- Sanction list

- Export certificate handling

- Dual use goods

- blocking the progression of customer orders until all requirements are met

we currently have a "handcrafted" solution but infor does not warant its functionability after updates so i was looking to ask the Community about their solutions for this topic.

We also have a handcrafted solution, that is partially a mod to our on-prem M3 instance and partially offline processes and procedures.

Would be excellent to see M3 built-out to support these sorts of requirements more fully.

i know that a company worked with infor on a solution for Infor LN ( KB 2157731) we had a look at it and it delivers the basic components we need. WE had a call with some other infor customers and the company that developed the LN solution to develop this for M3 but in the end they asked for a generous amount of cash and participation from us in manhours that we deemed quite expensive, so we signaled interest in buying the product be once its finished and offered help and support from our export specialists. But when we asked about the status of the project, it was abandoned by infor . It seems a bit weird to me that infor has no desire to have such a tool in their portfolio. when i asked infor, they offered me their compliance module which is not exactly a match but surely can be tweaked to have some functionality.

so any insight helps here. We also thought of buying a standard standalone Software and integrate it via ION API. So far no good matches have been found.

Your "handcrafted" solution is a SDK app?

if i am not mistaken its a Mongoose + H5 Script combination.

(which we needed to "update" due to some changes in one of the latest disruptive changes to MTCloud, which then easily crushed the approved budget for that project past go live.also a reason why we would like to have something that infor take care about)
