How do you assign reports to managers in the dashboard, or is that another training?
- Reports can be place on a dashboard by selecting the Designer Role, then Configure Dashboard. On the Configure Dashboard page, select Manager from the drop down “Select a user role to view the dashboard options”. Next select Add Widget. In the popup select Ad Hoc Reports from the Type drop down. Once configured select add.
- Select the newly created dashboard widget and locate the report from the Ad-hoc Report drop down. Press save once configured.
- Users how have the manager role will be able to see the ad-hoc report widget when they select the manager role.

Does “Filter Ad hoc Report by user” works if you are sending reports to specific managers regarding users status's on their teams
If the report is correctly designed, when the report is assigned to the user or placed on the Manager’s dashboard, it will display information pertaining to the manager’s managed users.
I can't find the filter logic field on any of our reports. Are there specific conditions required for the field to appear?
To enable the Filter Logic to appear, you may need to enable the setting. This setting is found in System-> System Configuration Options -> Ad Hoc Reports Settings -> Show Filter Logic.
Is there a list of explanations of the various data sources?
A list of data sources and their descriptions can be found when selecting the ‘?” located at the top right, while in the administrative role. When the pop-up window opens, there is an appendix section titled “Ad hoc reports”.
