We are moving to GHR and need to make a decision by the end of the month whether to switch to Infor's Talent product vs stay with HealthcareSource. Infor does not have all the functions currently being use so one option is to move to TA with infor but interface with Healthcaresoure's Reference Check and CRM.
Does anyone use Infor's TA and interfaces with a 3rd party for some of the missing functions? Is anyone doing it with HealthcareSource? Would anyone be willing to talk to us about it works for them?
Also if anyone is anyone is using a 3rd party for their TA and interfaces to Infor GHR for new hires, we would love to talk to you about any pain points with loading hire data into Infor.
Any information to help us make the right decision for us is greatly appreciated.
